Hiya
We are looking for another flatmate to join our 4 bedroom flat in Hokowhitu. Its located only 100m from a bus stop, close to town, and a 7 minute drive to Massey. Big sunny unfurnished bedroom with 2 lockable doors which will be available after the 20th of June (can accomodate an earlier move in if needed). We are a quiet flat but we have a real friendly, cosy and social environment. We are all 19-20 years old, 2 of us are studying at massey and 1 works full time. We are looking for someone respectful and tidy, preferably female and similar age, no smokers. Our lease is pet friendly providing you pay a pet bond, however there is no front gate or fence for a dog. The property has plenty of off-street parking, a double garage and a big backyard.
Rent is $185 per week and our electricity and power tends to average around $17.96 a week. We also contribute $30 a week each for dinners to take turns cooking.
