Hi, we are a quiet and tidy couple looking for a comfortable place to call home in Palmerston North. I am a PhD student at Massey University, and we are hoping to find long-term accommodation in a peaceful and respectful household.
We are particularly interested in a master bedroom with an ensuite, a sleepout, a studio, a self-contained unit, or a private downstairs area. We would prefer somewhere close to Massey University.
Our budget is up to NZD 380 per week, depending on the facilities and whether expenses are included. We are responsible, clean, non-partying, and respectful of other people’s privacy and shared spaces.
