Room description
I have 2 semi furnished rooms available for rent, Queen size beds in both rooms, draws, & older style built in wardrobe, the front room will be the best to rent out of the two, as it gets the morning sunshine when it’s a beautiful day, & more room than the 2nd room can fit a king size bed in both rooms, this is a quiet home has a fireplace in the lounge, & is insulated, hot in the summertime, & can get a great breeze threw the house, and cool in the winter time, but the fireplace will keep the house very warm…. Have gas for hot water, n wifi, this is a 1960s built home in very good shape and condition, there are pets onsite, but are great house mates in times of relaxing, I am the proud owner of the house, with a drama, alcohol, smoking, drug, free home policy, let’s keep this home a happy n safe environment for all house mates, I am a very quiet person easy to get along with & open to chatting & hanging out when not busy from time to time, enjoy movie nights in & BBQs every now & then, & the outdoors a huge favourite of mine, persons that are in full time employment will be very welcomed, have a great day & hope to hear from you,
