Room description
A premium, fully furnished bedroom and private bathroom in a modern, 5-year-old executive townhouse. Centrally located in easy walk of supermarkets and shops, Rotorua Hospital, Scion and forest walking and cycle tracks.
The home features open-plan living, high-end modern appliances, double glazing, and a warm, quiet atmosphere. Shared space for indoor fitness or hobbies. Off street parking beside house with good security.
This is strictly a one person occupancy.
You will be sharing the house with just one other person—a friendly single male doctor. Due to his career and schedule, he travels frequently.
We are seeking one clean, reliable, and responsible professional guy to match the quiet, executive dynamic of the house.
This setup is ideal for a Scion researcher, doctor, hospital staff member, corporate or visiting professional looking for a premium, hassle-free living arrangement.
