Prefer females as will be sharing 1 bathroom and living with 1 lady owner.
Must be clean, tidy and respectful.
Plenty of parking, private tropical haven out back with a spa pool to wind down after your working day.
Owner is young at heart, easy going and sociable.
Must be working and ok with pets as I have a friendly small dog.
Rent will cover wifi, water, cleaners, movie channels and rubbish. Power/gas to be split 3 ways.
No couples or smokers need apply.
