Room description
Hey everyone!! we have a room available in Maungatapu. Central to everything in Tauranga, fast to bayfair and the crossing or both campus.
Rent is $270 pw (Open to couples) everything included excluding food.
Quiet off the road home, has off road parking too.
The room is furnished with queen bed, long boy dresser, bedside table and a wardrobe
About the flatmates:
- One flatmate is an 18 year old who currently studies in heath care. She's a good mix between loving being social and enjoying her time alone.
- I am a male in my 30s, I'm a working professional who works from home. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and the house usually smells pretty tasty.
Flat vibe:
Weekdays are quiet and professional as we both study and work from home. Weekends are more casual with the occasional social hangouts on fridays. We’re looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. We’re also looking for someone long term
