Room: Unfurnished, with a single wardrobe and overhead cupboard storage.
A little about the household:
You’ll be living with two females (22&28), both working full-time. We enjoy keeping active and socialising outside the home, so the house is generally quiet and relaxed. We’re looking for a female flatmate of a similar age who is friendly, tidy, respectful, and considerate of others.
Shared responsibility for keeping communal areas clean and tidy, including the kitchen and bathrooms. No lawn mowing or hedge trimming is required, as these are already taken care of.
Additional costs:
Power, gas and Wi-Fi are split equally between flatmates at the end of each month.
