Room description
Located in Mount Victoria a large wonderful room is avaiable to rent for a couple or single. The rent will end on the 15th of february.
Shared kitchen with cooking utensils (plates, pans, bowls, cutlery, etc), washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, bathroom with shower, living room and study.
You will be sharing the flat with a 29 years old peruan and a 25 years old brittish girl, both of them are very friendly :)
Just up the road from embassy theatre, a 5 minutes walk to Oriental Bay/Courtney Place. 10 minutes walk yo Cuba Street and 15 minutes walk to Lambdon Quay area. 20 minutes walk to Mount Victoria lookout.
Rent is 350 a week plus bills. The bond to secure the room is 1100.
