Room description
I'm leaving my apartment in Mt. Cook & I'm looking for someone to take over the lease which is from end of January 2020 till feb 2021.
The room is in a two-storey apartment in the varsity villas complex 3 King St . There are 4 existing flatmates, it is in a 5 bedroom apartment.
Less than 10min walk to Countdown, 2-3min walk to Massey University.
The bedroom is the one pictured below. It comes with a bed, desk and shelving , The room is separate from other bedrooms and is just off the lounge and kitchen.
Apartment has two bathrooms, spacious living room/ kitchen area, washing machines are communal shared between the complex. You'd be living with 3 girls and 1 boy, they are all going into their 2nd year at Massey ideally looking for someone similar to join the flat.
Rent is $220 + $20 in expenses. Bond is four weeks rent.
