Room description
Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe in the upstairs of a 4 bedroom house with door out to an outdoor balcony. The room is fully furnished with a desk, a queen bed and bedside table. Will consider renting without furnishings if that suits.
We are 2 women currently looking for two female or non-binary flatmates to join us in this lovely house, with my dog, Luna. In total the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and there will be 4 flatmates. There is an upstairs and downstairs room available – the single downstairs one has its own private yard area and own bathroom. This ad is for the upstairs room.
This upstairs room gets the evening sun and shares a large bathroom with bath with one other person. There is a walk-in wardrobe and a folding door that goes out to a deck area that is shared with one other person, which can be split up for privacy. There is some space in the garage for storage, as well as in various cupboards around the house. We have 2 fridges and plenty of pantry space.
The house has a northerly aspect with a backyard great for outdoor dining. The kitchen and the living areas are spacious with a high stud. The place is fully furnished (including washing machine, fridges and dryer). The house is close to Mt Albert Pak n Save and Oakley Creek walkway.
I am a Pakeha woman in my 40’s completing a PhD, so spend a lot of time either at uni, or in my office writing. Clara is in her 30's and is a Master’s student.
We are friendly and considerate, and relatively quiet. We sometimes have a chat after work, and have a friendly vibe but mostly we stick to ourselves and respect each other's privacy. We all pitch in on chores.
No couples thanks. 3 weeks bond required, and expenses will be another $35 per week.
There is plenty of on-street parking and one off-street park.
