One room is available in East Auckland Somerville area in a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house. Move in date ideally now.
The room is like a unit and you will be mostly using the bathroom and toilet attached to this unit.
You will be living with two full time working professionals
( Teacher and Buisness person) in the house. We are very friendly and keeps to ourselves.
We are looking for someone who is chill and tidy and keeps the areas neat and tidy. We prefer vegan or vegetarians or someone who do not use kitchen (if you are non vegetarian).
Your room has own built in wardrobe as can be seen from the pictures.
The house is located at prime location around meadowlands plaza .We are walking distance to pretty much everything like less mills gym, bus stops, Petrol pumps laundromats and Chinese supermarkets.
The house is in zone of Botany downs, Somerville and Howick school and College.
Rent for room for single person is 280$ including bills except groceries.
Furnishings can be discussed.
