Hi, and welcome to Mangere!
I recently moved into my newly built 'Healthy Home', and now I am looking for flatmates.
My place is in a peaceful cul-de-sac, with a nearby church and kindergarten. Neighbours have all recently moved in as well, and have been nothing but friendly smiles so far!
A bit about myself: I work from home during weekdays, then usually visit my partner during the weekends. I am introverted, but don’t mind the occasional chat and socialising. I prefer a peaceful environment – I am not a party person.
My ideal flatmate is a quiet, considerate, and diligent working person. However, all applicants will be considered. Both males and females are welcome.
The bedroom is $200 per week. Bond is $400-$800 (negotiable).
Optional extras:
- Own parking spot: $15/week - street parking also available
- Extra office space/storage: $25/week (see photo)
