Lovely character home with plenty of living space and large grounds, near central city. It has a modern kitchen and is kept nice and tidy.
We are a professional and trustworthy couple from Europe and New Zealand.
We are located quite handy to Ara Institute, and 1.5km from Cathedral Square.
All furniture and linen is here. There is unlimited free WiFi, Netflix.
In the area: Handy to bus stops. Routes 60, "Yellow" and "Orange" pass nearby.
There is plenty of free parking on the street.
Our ideal housemate for this room is a female or couple who is reasonably social, and very tidy & clean. The location would be great for someone who is working in the CBD or near. Age doesn't matter much.
