Room description

I'd like to find a suitable housemate for this double room, with heat pump in Dallington. There is a comfy king single in the room currently. I have not had a housemate here but did in my perviouse home. I like a relaxed family friendy vibe, I'm vetetarian and haven't done shared cooking. I'm retired - worked as a teacher aid in special ed. I enjoy gardening and although the space is small I'd like to grow kai. I like walking, catching up with friends and alone time. The house has one bathroom with shower and bath. There is a separate loo. Rent includes reasonable power use and unlimited wifi. The Palms mall and buses are about 15 minute walk. Richmond gardens a bit further. OSP and a small shed available if required.
