Room description

I'd like to find a suitable housemate for this double room with heat pump, in Dallington. There is a comfy king single in the room currently. I have not had a housemate here but did in my perviouse home. I like a relaxed family friendy vibe, I'm vegetarian and haven't done shared cooking. I'm retired - worked as a teacher aid in special ed. I enjoy gardening and although the garden is small I'm growing some kai. I like walking, catching up with friends and alone time. The house has one bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a separate loo. Rent includes reasonable power use and unlimited wifi. The Palms Mall and buses are about 15 minute walk. Richmond Community gardens a bit further. OSP and a small shed available if required.
