Room description

‼️ Looking for someone to move in from the end of July through to the end of February or March 2027.

Double room available in a clean and tidy townhouse with heaps of natural sunlight. The bathroom is shared with just one other person. The room is unfurnished, but a bed can be provided if needed. Utilities are an extra $25 per week.

The house is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with on-street parking available. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, Barrington Mall is around a 15-minute walk, and there are several parks nearby.

You’ll be living with two other flatmates, both UC students. We’re friendly and enjoy sharing the occasional meal together, but we also respect each other’s space and enjoy our own downtime.
