I'm looking in rangiora and kaiapoi
I am 29 years old, an ECE teacher, looking at becoming a home-based ece teacher. 4 children max, would be there during the day approximately 8- 5.30ish
Everyone in property would need to be police vetted
I would be happy to do a 60:40 split on rent, electricity, and internet expenses, open to slight negotiation, as I would be working from home and have 2 of the 3 bedrooms
We would pay for, cook, and use our own groceries
I also have 2 cats
