The dwelling is on a rear section, and double-glazed throughout, also fully insulated. The section is fully fenced and completely concreted and paved, with trees around the perimeter. Ample parking for 6 vehicles, also a lock up shed with three bicycles for housemates' use. Handily located to shops, Barrington Mall, restaurants and bus stops, also has a dedicated cycle lane along the street. Short term stays are fine, although current residents are all longish term. Current tenants include four females and three males, all fully employed and/or senior students who live a healthy lifestyle and keep a very tidy house.
