Room description
Have room to rent 5 minutes from the Ilam shops and 20 from the uni! The rent is $195 a week (not including power or internet). The room is unfurnished but the house is fully furnished with a washing machine, sofas, tv, vacuum, ect. I will be moving back home for summer break on November 9th and the lease ends late February next year and can be resigned so if anyone needs a place to stay over summer or interested for next year this could be perfect. Please DM if you are interested in the room or have any questions!
