A recent arrival to New Zealand, possibly on a working holiday visa or employer‑sponsored
Working full‑time (35+ hours per week) outside the home
Have your own transportation (you’ll enjoy New Zealand more if you’re self‑mobile)
Can maintain an interest in something outside the home — eg, exploring NZ, tramping, gym, sports, etc.
Clean, considerate, and pays rent on time
Happy to share cleaning the bathroom (once every 4 weeks each)
Comfortable living with cats and able to assist with feeding for an occasional night or two (as I travel for work at times)
Free from allergies or hay fever (you’ll be living with two cats near a pine forest)
Without your own furniture or excessive belongings (the house is fully furnished)
