Room description
We are looking for someone to join us in our cosy 3 bedroom house located in the lovely Prebbleton. The house is a modern, new build with low maintenance gardens. There is space for some storage in the garage too! If you are looking for a quiet, safe area, not too far away from the city then this may be the perfect place for you. There is off street parking available too.
We are both 26, working and/or studying full time. We are both friendly, down to earth, outgoing people but do love our alone time in between our busy schedules. We both value communication, a clean tidy space to come home to and having a happy and welcoming space for all.
We are looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, loves a chat but respectful of each other’s down time too. We love a board game, movie night etc. Ideally looking for someone who is working or studying too.
Sadly, no pets are allowed due to having one cat here who thrives best being the only cat. So being okay with cats is a must too!
We are located near bus stops, supermarket, gym, eateries, all within walking distance. We are not too far away from the motorway to get into the city and a short drive away to Hornby, Halswell, Rolleston and Lincoln.
The room will be available on the week of the 6th but move in date is flexible for the right person. The room has a double wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. There is a separate toilet, and a lovely bath too!
Rent is $225 per week. All bills will be split equally by 3 at the end of the month. Currently works out at about $27 each per week which covers power and internet.
All applicants will have to go through the property manager for the relevant checks. There is a bond to pay of $933 and 2 weeks rent in advance.
