Cost & Room Details
- $300 per week – everything is included: power, water, fibre internet, council rates. No hidden fees at all
- Bond: 4 weeks rent (standard NZ tenancy)
- Room is unfurnished – you will need to provide your own bed, wardrobe and personal furniture

We’d love to welcome a female flatmate aged 30 or over – there is no upper age limit!
