Room description
Private room with a double bed in a two-story apartment, which comes with its own bathroom as the other room has an en-suite. The apartment is within 15-20 mins walking of shops & restaurants in the CBD. The apartment is within a gated complex (code required), with two entrances and there is a secure bike shed next to the apartment as well. There is plenty of off-street parking and bus stops nearby.
The room and apartment will come furnished with what is shown in the pictures. Plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and there is also a storage cupboard under the staircase. The apartment gets plenty of sunshine and has its own garden patio, which is great for the summer. The kitchen and living room shared spaces are open plan & are of a good size. Plenty of storage available in the fridge/freezer and pantry for all your food.
Existing flatmate is a University student with a part-time job, who is a friendly and chilled Kiwi guy. Ideally looking for another student or working professional who is friendly, clean and tidy to move into the place.
Rent per week in $300, with an additional $30 per week for all bills.
I am looking to move out towards the end of September, but I have some flexibility and can move out a little earlier if needed.
