About the flat
It is a clean and quiet house in Rolleston, ideal for a single person or Lincoln uni student. The house is equipped with a heat pump in the living area, dishwasher, double-door fridge, hot plate, rangehood, microwave and washing machine. More furniture including a dining table, a coffee table and will be placed in the living area in 2 weeks. You can also use the beautiful backyard and front yard for exercise or BBQ. On-street parking or parking on the driveway.
Note we may have a total of 3 tenants occupying this house. Before having the third tenant, you will be able to use the bathroom exclusively by yourself. After having the third tenant, you will start sharing the bathroom with them.
About the room
Your room has a queen-sized bed, a study desk set, and a wardrobe. Let me know if you need anything else so I can arrange them for you.
