Room furnished with a single bed with quality innersprung pillowtop mattress, bedside tables and panel heater. Good size wardrobe included.
Expenses are $40 per week and include fibre WIFI, power, communal area cleaner, gas and water. We also supply tea towels, cloths / brushes, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, toilet paper etc...
Home is maintained to a very high standard and you will absolutely enjoy living here!
