Relatively new single story house with very high ceilings.
Bedroom is large, has a flat screen tv, wardrobe, and is fully furnished and includes your own ensuite (toilet and shower)!
Expenses are $40 per week per person and include Sky tv, communal area cleaner, power and fibre wifi internet.
House is fully equipped with all you need to entertain comfortably. Large flat screen tv in the lounge, heat pump, massive lounge suite, washing machines, drier, 2 decks.
Fun and friendly mix of sociable flatmates from all over the globe. NZ, Australia, Canada, Estonia, France and Scotland. We are a fun active bunch and enjoy social people. Enjoy the odd drink but are very sensible during the week!
