Very large recently fully renovated villa. House is well positioned for all day sun. Beautifully manicured gardens which are all taken care of by our gardener.
Bedroom is large and upstairs and has a queen mattress and base, bedside tables, wall heater and shelving.
So close to fantastic shopping, CBD, bus routes and is within easy walking distance of some of the best bars and cafes Christchurch has to offer.
Expenses are $40 per week per person and includes communal area cleaner, power and unlimited fibre internet.
House is fully equipped with all you need to entertain comfortably. Large flat screen tv in the lounge, heat pumps throughout, massive lounge suite, washing machines, drier, 2 huge decks with new outdoor furniture.
Fun and friendly mix of sociable flatmates from all over the globe. NZ, Ireland, Japan, Slovenia and France. We are a fun active bunch and enjoy social people. Enjoy the odd drink but are very sensible during the week!
