Room available to rent, prefer long term, adjacent bathroom is partially shared, the shower is yours to use only, the toilet is shared during the day as the other bathroom is upstairs.
We are a married couple with a four-bedroom home, the room is the only bedroom on the ground floor so nice and private.
Shared Kitchen Dining and main living area.
Rent includes power and Wi-Fi, supply and cook your own meals with the occasional shared meal i.e. Roast or BBQ.
External entertainment area in a garage with a fire pit outside, smoking is ok in this area.
