Room description

We have a furnished room available in our 4-bedroom flat in Spreydon that is available now. We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and social person (mid–late 20s) to join our home.

The room includes a queen bed, one bedside table, wardrobe, and its own heat pump to keep you cosy year-round. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two others.

🏡 The house:

* Double glazed and set back from the street (nice and quiet)

* Close to Barrington Mall

* Bus stop right at the end of the driveway

* Plenty of on-street parking

The flat:

You’ll be living with two girls (studying + working) and one full-time working guy, plus our cat Loki 🐱.

We’re not a party house, but we do enjoy hanging out, watching TV together, and having the occasional drink. We also respect each other’s space and downtime.
