Me and my partner have 1 bedroom available in our 4 bedroom house in Riccarton/Tower Junction - 5 min walk to hagley and a 10 min walk to Westield.
$200 for a single person ($210 over Winter)
This includes power and wifi.
The room includes a recliner, bed and an oil heater.
Please know that we are searching for someone aged between 22 and 36.
You will be living with me, my partner, our cats and two flatmates.
