Room description
Good sized room (4.2m x 3.3m) at the front of the house, on a quiet street.
Bills are currently around $40/wk each for the colder months.
Optional shelves and a small set of drawers (in front of curtain in photo).
Currently no bed (though a mattress may be available if needed).
Washing Machine (no dryer, sorry).
Quiet property, not a party house. Property restricted to 5 tenants. We are all independent and look after ourselves.
Some parking available in driveway, or on street. Close to Bus 8 (Kendal Ave) & 120 (Wairakei Road); a little further to Orbiter (Grahams Road).
You'll be living with:
A pensioner who does stone carving for a hobby; he can be a little grumpy at times and swears a lot, but is usually a good bloke.
A Russian dude in his mid-60's, very friendly and likes to grow vege gardens in the warmer months.
A guy in his early-40's he's a night owl but very quiet and usually keeps to himself.
Another guy in his early-40's working, currently working evenings, also usually keeps to himself.
Best time to visit is Wednesday or Thursday afternoons/evenings; or Fri-Tue 12-2:30pm.
