Co-Live 33 offers medium to long term accommodation, situated in an expansive, newly renovated, building next to a reserve in the leafy suburb of Papanui, only 1km to Northlands Mall and 4km to the city centre and well served by the Papanui parallel cycleway and nearby walking tracks.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with excellent quality brand new beds, drawers, wardrobe and a fridge/freezer. All bedrooms have a built-in vanity sink and many have private ensuite bathrooms for exclusive use.
The rooms come in a range of sizes. Single rooms start from $170 per week. Double rooms from $190 for a single person plus $40 for a couple. Single ensuite rooms start from $210. Double ensuite rooms start from $220 per week.
Your rent includes power, water, heating and unlimited wi-fi internet. Common areas are cleaned weekly. Meals and linen are not supplied.
You will be expected to keep your room hygienic and clean up after yourself when you use the communal areas.
The property has generous communal spaces including spacious lounges and dining room, separate TV room, brand-new kitchen with nine stovetops and four double sinks, additional kitchenette and a co-working office space.
Outside patios lead to established and manicured gardens overlooking the reserve. The property has central heating and the main living areas have air conditioning.
There is a laundry room with five washing machines and ten dryers, which are included for residents’ use.
Average age of residents is around 30, although anyone who is a good fit for the property will be considered.
Most residents are relatively new to the city, having moved for work or post-graduate study.
Move-in cost is 3 weeks rent (1 week as bond & 2 week's rent in advance). Tenancy is intended for at least 3 months or longer. People who tell us something about themselves are more likely to be offered a viewing.
All tenants will need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the commencement of their tenancy.
