Room description

One room to rent in a large 3 bed 2 bath house located in Summerhill from the 27th April 2026. The room includes double wardrobes and a shared ensuite with the room next door.

The house features a BBQ, firepit, a garage, and a home gym, including a furnished living room. We are walking distance to Summerhill shopping centre and a 5 minute drive to Massey University.

There is off-street parking and we also home a lovely cat called Mushy

Rent is $230 a week which includes unlimited fiber internet, bins, and basic essentials. Power is split at the end of the month

Bond is $690

I am a 24 year old PhD student at Massey University. I typically keep to myself but enjoy the odd chat or outing to the shops or the beach.

Our second housemate is a 23 year old student at Massey University as well as part-time work. She, like me, keeps to herself but is always around for a chat or any fun activities
