A stone's throw away from Hataitai village, you have easy access to a Four Square, a couple of cute coffee shops and the legendary Hataitai Realm… need more?
The house is a brisk 5-min walk to Hataitai beach, 10-min walk to Uncle Leo’s Bakery (a must!!!) and a 20-min walk to Kilbirnie meaning easy access to Pak n Save. The area is super well connected with so many bus connections. The airport bus also stops in Hataitai making it super easy to reach the airport. It also has free on-street parking!
You’ll be sharing this lovely space with four sociable, kind and bubbly girls in their early to mid 20s. It’s a young professional vibe, so not a party flat but definitely a place to enjoy a good catch-up and share dinner and a drink over the weekend with movie nights and wine always a winner.
Move in would be mid or end of May (some flexibility)! The end of tenancy is the start of February 2025.
