Bedroom for rent available now in amazing flat in Kingston
Bedroom with morning sun! Massive wardrobe!
$240 rent per week. Bond is $940 and power is about $65 per month.
Looking for a flattie to move in asap.
The room easily fits a double bed and furniture. It comes with x2 floating shelves and a giant wardrobe! Plenty of morning sun and double-glazed windows - always a plus.
The house is already set up and includes a living room with a heat pump and kitchen with all the appliances you need. There's a laundry room with a washing machine and sink which is also used for storage + 2 shared cupboards in the hallway. Toliet and bathroom with a heated towel rack are separate. The house also features a large deck with a gorgeous view of Island Bay and the South Coast. Many sun-soaked summer hangouts and sunbathing sessions, as well as beautiful winter sunsets have been seen from this deck!
There is a covered driveway and plenty of on-street parking so no issues if you have a car. Kingston is the perfect inbetween suburb, a 10-minute drive from town while still living in a quiet neighbourhood.
Bus stop right outside or a 2 minute walk up the hill for the number 7 & 27 to Newtown and the Train Station. A Dairy and Kingston Takeaways up the hill too - very handy and Kinggy T's makes delicious fish and chips + meals!
You'll be living with 3 other yo-pro's, all male, aged 26-27. The boys are high school friends of mine and great guys, I'm just switching sides and moving to an all-girls flat. The boys hang out in the lounge often and enjoy chats, watching a show or movie together, video games (xbox incl in lounge), drinks with friends, watching the rugby - while also respecting everyones space. They're pretty easy-going and do shared meals (meat meals) which you're welcome to join.
