Room description
Flat is located right at the beginning of Wadestown on Grosvenor Terrace, and is around a 15 minute walk to Thorndon New World/Molesworth street.
Bus stop is located right outside. Free parking on street, reasonably easy to find a park.
You’ll be living with a lovely bunch, one female and a couple- all in their early twenties.
We usually keep to ourselves during the week, but like to have some drinks and hang out together too.
The room can fit a double bed and has a double wardrobe with a dresser inside. Is very cosy in the winter with a heater and cool in the summer. I really love this room and definitely a bit disappointed to leave it! Happy to negotiate leaving the bed.
The flat has one bathroom, but two showers, so you’d be sharing a shower with just one other flatmate.
We have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
The flat has a deck with a beautiful view of Wellington Harbour!
Room is $235 per week, and expenses work out to be around $60 per month. Bond is $470! The lease currently ends in January 2026 with option of renewal!
