It’s less than a minute to both bus stops (in and out of Wellington CBD) and a few minutes walk to New World, the hospital, and all that Newtown has to offer!
The room available is light, airy and looks out over the garden. (5.5m x 3.5m.)
In the room, there is an ethernet plug, and 8 outlets dispersed evenly throughout the room.
The house itself is super light with skylights in the open-plan kitchen and living room.
The living room has double doors leading to the garden. (5.6m x 4m)
The kitchen opens out to the front outdoor seating area, it gets both morning and afternoon sun with two skylights☀️. (5m x 4m).
Set up with everything you’ll need, including a large oven, microwave, fridge, new washing machine and dishwasher included with separate pantry.
