Room description

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for an ensuite bedroom in a flat in Kelburn, Wellington (just a 3 minute walk from Victoria University).

You’ll be living with four other flatmates, two girls and a couple. They are lovely flatmates, quiet and respectful.

Rent is $330 per week, including utilities, and the bond is $930 (to be paid before moving in).

I am looking for someone to move in preferably by the 11th November.

You’ll be signing onto the existing lease, which ends on the 20th February 2027, with the option to renew.
