Room description

I have a large room with a good-sized wardrobe available in Churton Park. The bathroom is shared with just one other person (the other flatmate has an ensuite). Rent is $200 per week, which includes fast, unlimited internet. Power is extra but usually very low.

The house is in a quiet, safe street just a short walk to the bus stop. You’ll be living with two tidy, easy-going guys (30 and 43). There’s even a big climbing wall under the house for anyone inclined (excuse the pun) to have a go.
