The property is a cozy three bedroom townhouse. Modern build and doubled glazed. Common areas are already furnished and will suit someone with little to move.
Within walking distance is the Linden train station around the corner (2 minute walk) and a couple of dairies/takeaways.
The Tawa village shops are within a 5 minute drive. The Porirua mall is within a 10 minute drive.
About the room: Solid queen bed with a pocket string mattress. Spare furnishings are available for use but can be removed. Room has a built-in wardrobe.
Room receives plenty of direct natural light.
Short periods of stay considered.
Rent includes utilities, internet and electricity and shared cleaning supplies.
Preferred flatmate: You need to be LGBT+ friendly. Open to considering couples. The usual - tidy, considerate, independent and easy going.
About the current flatmates: Quiet and easy going, independent. Both males, one is a gamer, other is active outdoor gym going but also enjoys quite times in with a good book. Age range 35-40 years of age.
