Located in a secure and quiet spot handy to 3 bus routes, the CBD, only a 12 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens, and ample street parking.
Living area combined with a well-equipped new kitchen (new fridge, combi oven, benchtop induction hob, electric jug, toaster, basic crockery, cutlery and utensils), TV and some furniture.
Separate bedroom has a queen bed (with bedding), a double wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Ensuite bathroom is with walk-in shower, toilet, linen cupboard, heated towel rail, and washer dryer.
Windows and the entrance door are double glazed, with roller blinds or curtains in the bedroom. Oil fin heaters provided.
Rent includes power and wifi.
We are a mature, working couple living upstairs and looking for a corporate commuter / out-of-towner who comes to Wellington for the working week (Mon-Fri).
