On the edge of central Wellington and within walking distance to buses and central train station. Safe on street parking is available. Every day you will wake up to stunning views of the harbour that you can enjoy from either your bed or the balcony off your bedroom Provides a great work from home space if needed. There is a modern, spacious kitchen fully equipped that is fantastic to cook in. Large comfortable open plan living space.

Sunny double room with floor to ceiling windows and polished concrete floors (blinds included). Small balcony (can grow flowers/plants) with room to sit to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and harbour views. The room can come unfurnished or furnished (comfortable double bed and wardrobe/storage unit etc.)

Two female flatmates who like to relax at home with friendly (non shedding) dog.
