Room description
The available room is a bright, medium-sized upstairs room with great morning sun, a large wardrobe, and a queen bed included. The home is a modern, warm new build in Naenae, tucked away on a quiet street with a peaceful outlook.
Fully furnished house with two shared bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, and outdoor patio. It’s well insulated with central heating, plus a weekly cleaner to keep things fresh.
We’re a couple of young professionals (IT + HR). The house is relaxed, tidy, and easygoing — we enjoy a chat or shared dinner now and then, but also respect personal space.
We also have a super friendly 9-year-old Staffy/Ridgeback cross who loves people and spends most of his time lounging in the sun.
Extras: fast fibre internet, washer/dryer, easy street parking, and great public transport — bus at the end of the street and train nearby (around 25 mins to the CBD).
