Double room with wood floors, fully insulated and own entrance. Lots of safe well lit street parking. Walking distance to town, cafes, bus, hill. Very quiet area with sea view from garden. Suit professional to share with owner, very little old dog and possibly 1 or 2 others. We decide. There are 2 other furnished double rooms (one with ensuite) and sunroom.
