Room description
3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
FLATEMATE/S WANTED | NEW HOUSE IN DARFIELD
Brand new sunny 3 bedroom home with lounge and dining room, great outdoor living area and large deck. One room is an empty double bedroom and the other double room is furnished. Both rooms have inbuilt wardrobes.
Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac street in modern subdivision. Flatmates will have their own separate toilet and main bathroom.
$200 pw (single) or $300 pw (couple). Power and wifi bill gets split at the end of each month. Alternatively, we could negotiate your rent to include utitiles.
Separate cooking – no shared meals.
We are looking for either a single or couple to rent the room. Living in the house is me and my partner. We are an easygoing couple (23 & 24) who both work full-time. We enjoy spending our weekends away or staying local and catching up with our friends. We are both pretty social people.
Easy 10 min walk to the local shops. 30 mins from Christchurch Airport and 45 mins from Christchurch CBD.
