Room description

I am looking for a flatmate (female) for the spare room of my rented flat. The room has a built-in wardrobe and is spacious enough to easily fit a queen-sized bed. This house is cosy, modern and within walking distance from many local amenities. Bus stops are also a short walk away.

You would be sharing with myself, a 29-year-old, and my cat Poppy. Cats are negotiable on the property, but dogs are not encouraged as there is very little yard space. Ideal flatmate would be someone either working, studying or able to pay their share of the bills, who can get on with cats and who likes to watch a good comedy every now and again! This is not a party-house so no party-hards please. Must also have updated references.

Rent is $235.00 per week, plus power+internet. Bond to be discussed.
