Room description

I have two spare rooms in a 3 bedroom house in Penrose Auckland and it is a queen size room with a queen size bed,big screen TV, and two chest of drawers available at $310.00 pw and a small double room also at $310 pw.The house is old with a few quirks but all you need to do is bring yourself and a few things as the rent includes all amenities except for personal items and food.I have SKY and Wi-Fi internet connections and the queen size room has a brand new mattress,bedding etc ready for occupancy now with the small double room available early May also I have a dog that stays inside so if you are scared of dogs then this isn't the place for you.
