Current flatties are a mix of Kiwi, Irish, French, English & American.

Current flatties average age is approx 25 - everyone full time working!

Friendly house, looking for like minded respectful professionals/ tradies up for a bit of banter and the occasional beer or wine in the weekend! (although we need it quiet during the week)

Expenses are $40 per person per week and include power, sky tv, cleaner, extra rubbish removal and wireless internet!!!!
