Six bedroom 2 story room by-room boarding house looking for a considerate and friendly flatmate(s).
This fully furnished home has everything you need including power and internet to make your stay enjoyable. Common areas include heat pump, 2 bathrooms, a spacious and comfortable lounge that leads onto a sunny deck that captures late afternoon and evening sun,
All bedrooms are furnished tastefully with a Queen bed, Flat screen TV, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, wardrobe, study desk & chair, and wall heater.
All you need to bring is your personal linen and suitcase.
Weekly room rate ranges from $200 for a single person or $40 extra for a couple which INCLUDES:

The Kitchen has a gas hob and the water is heated also by gas. Each occupant has a cupboard for food storage. The kitchen is open plan with a living area that includes a lounge suite and 55" wall-mounted television.
Common areas and grounds are serviced on a weekly basis by others.
