One sunny Double room available which rents at $210 per week, inclusive of expenses. This property is ideally suited to students because of its proximity to the university. We provide a lot of added extras and we believe that every tenant deserves affordable accommodation which is of a high standard. One Single room also available which rents for $175 per week, inclusive of expenses.
