Looking for someone to takeover my name on the lease (which runs till mid Feb, with the option to renew). The flat is a big, warm five bedroom with a super cool open plan living area.
Rent - $261pw
Very roomy, has a built in wardrobe and fits everything you need (including desk and drawers depending on how you arrange your furniture).
Gets the morning sun and doesn’t get too cold as there’s only one exterior wall.
Available 21st December but can be flexible either side of this.
Bills have been $25pw over winter (which includes internet, power and shared flat bits) and will drop for summer.
Bond is $550.
You’ll be living with three other girls (21-31) who work or study full time. They’re all super lovely - always down for a chat, wine/movie/game night or a walk/beach day when the weather’s good.
There’s a bus stop right outside the flat, so it only takes 10-15mins to get into town, plus a dairy and plenty of takeaways (dangerously close) right across the road. We also have a free shared car park and free street parking out front.
